22nd June - Highlights from Rye

At Last I can get back onto the Blog - don't know why I couldn't access it for so long. Anyway after several weeks of doing the Beach Watch with only the usual Gulls and Terns finally on 12th June I found my own Roseate Tern

  Other highlights, the Little Terns are nesting.

 The Black Headed Gulls have chicks of various ages

A pair of Yellow Wagtails look promising.

At the end of Long Pit the pair of Turtle Doves are purring.

And finally the first Avocets have hatched.

And now the Common Terns are getting on with it.
