Monday 27th August Dungeness

A quick morning visit to Dungeness, stopping off at the ARC pit the water was still quite high, usual ducks a few Dunlin, 1 Marsh Harrier, and a Little Stint.

Another birder referred to this as a Temmincks?

Also a Wood Sandpiper turned up from nowhere

At the Patch amoung the gulls and terns 2 Black Terns, Juvenile Little Gull, and an Arctic Skua around.

Meanwhile at the fishing boats I had just missed a large movement of all 4 types of Skuas.
